Crock Pot Chicken & Veggie Alfredo |

Im posting this becasue i didnt want to lose it, and i dont remember if i have cooked it yet. Ingredients:
1/3 cup carrot, diced |
1/2 cup celery, diced |
1 cup onion, chopped |
6 red potatoes, peeled and diced |
8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1 1/2 lbs chicken, diced |
2 cups alfredo sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon flour |
Directions:
1. Layer first five (5) ingredients into a 4-5 quart Crockpot in given order. 2. Pour broth over top - do not stir. 3. Add diced chicken. 4. Stir together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and spoon over chicken. 5. Do not stir, cover and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW. |
