Very easy, extremely delicious and you can use the leftovers for two bean chicken chili (I will be posting that shortly.) Ingredients:
5 -6 frozen chicken breasts |
16 ounces salsa |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning |
Directions:
1. Place the frozen chicken, taco seasoning and salsa in the crock pot. 2. Cook on low 8-10 hours. 3. Shred and serve on soft or hard shells. Great as a burrito also. Serve with your favorite toppings. |
