Crock Pot Chicken Risotto |

Another quick and easy chicken crock pot dish. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups brown rice |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup apple juice |
10 -12 chicken pieces |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a bowl combine soups, butter and juice. 3. Place rice in crock pot and pour 1/2 soup mixture to cover. 4. Place chicken in next. 5. Pour remaining soup over chicken. 6. Top with almonds and cheese. 7. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. |
