Down home cooking at its simplest Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken breasts |
1 (11 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 (11 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
1 1/2 cups white rice |
1/2 cup smart balance butter spread |
1 (11 ounce) can water |
Directions:
1. Put in rice add 2/3 of soup mixture over rice and stir. 2. place chicken on top of rice and stir. pour remaining soup mixture over chicken 3. cook on low 6 to 6.5 hours. stir rice mix after 2 hours. |
