Crock Pot Chicken and Dressing |

This is a tasty and fairly easy chicken and dressing. Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cooked and de-boned |
1 cup butter |
2 cups chopped onions |
2 cups chopped celery |
prepared cornbread (a large skillet) |
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons ground sage |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender. 2. In a very large bowl, mix all ingredients. 3. Stir in chicken. 4. Pour into Crock-Pot. 5. Cook on high for 45 minutes, then turn on low and cook for 4 hours. |
