Use thighs only-chicken breasts are not for the Crock-pot. Got this off . Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs chicken thighs (boneless) |
3/4 cup rice vinegar |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1 head garlic, peeled and minced (approximately 8-10 cloves) |
1 large sweet onion (walla walla) |
3 -4 peppercorns |
2 bay leaves |
Directions:
1. Put chicken thighs in the Crock-pot. 2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken falls apart. Serve over rice with broccoli as a side dish. |
