Super easy to make. Great for weeknights when you don't have a lot of time. Ingredients:
4 -6 boneless chicken breasts |
3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Place chicken (thawed or frozen) in the crockpot. Cover with soup. The more soup, the better (it makes a really nice gravy). 2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 3. Serve over egg noodles or rice. |
