Crock-Pot Chick 'n Peppers |

I can't remember where I found this on the web but it's an easy way to make chicken, especially if you like roasted red peppers. Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless |
7 1/4 ounces roasted red peppers, packed in oil, in a jar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Put the water in the bottom of crockpot. Lay down a layer of red peppers. 2. Rub olive oil on the chicken breasts, sprinkle with garlic powder, rosemary and salt and pepper. 3. Place the chicken on top of red peppers. 4. Add another layer of peppers. 5. Cook low for 6 hours. Your crockpot may vary in the length of time to cook. |
