Crock Pot Cheddar Potato Slices |

This is a great potato dish made in the crock pot. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds) |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, paprika and pepper. 2. Arrange potatoes in a lightly greased crock pot in overlapping rows. 3. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. Spoon soup mixture over cheese. 5. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, until potatoes are tender. 6. Keep warm for serving. |
