If you feel like a Chinese type dinner, this is a good one. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork steak, cut into strips |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 green pepper, cut into strips |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in oil; place in crock pot. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and add to pork. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. 4. Serve over rice. |
