I wanted to save this recipe in my cookbooks. The recipe book I got it out of is small & flimsy and my 3 year old loves to play with it. Scared one of these days I won't be able to find it. Ingredients:
5 cups frozen hash browns |
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup half-and-half |
1/2 cup green onion, sliced |
1 cup frozen peas |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. |
