Throw this together and head back to bed because all the cooking is done while you sleep! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 lb sausage, browned and drained or 1 lb little smokies cocktail franks |
6 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups milk |
8 slices bread, cut into squares |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 dash salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except cheese and put in crock pot. 2. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Cover and cook for approximately 2 hours on high, then 1 hour on low. |
