Ingredients:
1 lb sausage, browned and drained or 1 lb little smokies cocktail franks
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
8 slices bread, cut into squares
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 dash salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except cheese and put in crock pot.
2. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Cover and cook for approximately 2 hours on high, then 1 hour on low.
