I got this recipe from a crock pot only web site. It was a big hit with my family. Ingredients:
4 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, undrained |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 cup chopped green pepper |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen sliced okra |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. 2. Stir well, cover and cook on low for 8 hours. |
