Easy black bean soup made without oil. Takes just a few minutes to prepare. Very cheap, too. Ingredients:
1 cup dried black beans |
3/4 cup onion |
3 cloves garlic |
3 cups water |
1/2 tsp salt |
14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes |
1 1/2 tsp cumin |
1 tsp coriander |
1/2 tsp oregano |
Directions:
1. Rinse dried beans until water runs clear. Dice onion and mince garlic. Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on high 6-8 hours or low 8-10 hours. |
