Crock Pot Beefy Spanish Rice |

Found on the Web in response to the question, Can rice be cooked in the crock pot? I have not (yet) tried this myself. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
2 medium onions, chopped |
2 green bell peppers, chopped |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 cup long grain rice |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in a skillet and drain off fat; place beef in crock pot. 2. Add remaining ingredients to crock pot and stir well. 3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. |
