A great dinner without heating up the kitchen. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed |
1 onion, chunks |
5 potatoes, chunks |
4 carrots, 1 inch pieces |
4 stalks celery, 1 inch pieces |
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
3 1/2 cups water |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
2 vegetable bouillon cubes |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Place the meat in the crock pot. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Cook on low for 9-10 hours. |
