Put this hearty stew together in the morning and it will be ready by dinnertime!!! Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, diced |
6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced |
2 cups frozen peas |
1 cup frozen corn kernels |
3 large carrots, peeled and chopped |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 cups quartered button mushrooms |
2 tablespoons kosher salt |
2 teaspoons pepper |
15 ounces diced tomatoes |
2 bay leaves |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in crock pot and set to low. 2. Cook 6-8 hours. |
