Haven't tried, but looks simple. Ingredients:
2 lbs stewing beef, cubed |
3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed |
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 (10 ounce) can beef broth |
water |
Directions:
1. Brown beef with onions over medium high heat. 2. Place beef, onions, potatoes, carrots and broth in crock pot. Add enough water to cover. 3. Cook for 2-3 hours or until potatoes are fork tender. |
