Crock Pot Beef Roast

This is a simple, flavorful way to prepare beef in a crock pot. With only 3 ingredients it tastes like you spent all day cooking.
Ingredients:
2 -3 lbs beef roast
10 1/2 ounces campbell's french onion soup, condensed (1 can)
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. 1. Pierce the beef on all side with a fork. Do not remove fat.
2. 2. Place beef in crock pot and cover with soup and water.
3. 3. Cook on low for 12-18 hours (but definetly not less than 8). Turn every few hours.
4. Note: Liquid should almost cover beef. If you have a larger crock pot you may want to add another can of soup and another 1/2 cup water.
