I've had this recipe for years and it's always a hit! Ingredients:
1 (5 lb) boneless beef rump roast |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth |
1 (5/8 ounce) package good seasons italian salad dressing mix |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package au jus mix |
Directions:
1. Place roast in slow cooker. 2. Mix beef broth, dressing mix and au jus mix. 3. Pour over roast. 4. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low setting. 5. Broth may be thickened for gravy. |
