Crock Pot Beef for Burritos |

Modified newspaper recipe. Can be frozen and used when needed by simply popping into the microwave to thaw. Ingredients:
1 (4 lb) london broil beef |
2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix |
2 medium onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar |
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies |
Directions:
1. Preliminaries: Spray inside of slow-cooker with nonstick spray. 2. Rub seasoning mix over both sides of meat. Place meat in slow-cooker; add onion, vinegar and chilies. 3. Cover and cook on low setting 9 hours. 4. Remove meat, reserving liquid. 5. Shred meat with two forks. 6. Combine meat with reserved cooking liquid; stir well. 7. Use meat for burritos. |
