Crock Pot Beef and Noodles |

I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it is tasty and easy. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chuck roast |
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix |
1 cup cooking sherry |
1 cup water |
16 ounces egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown roast first (if desired). 2. Place all ingredients in crock pot, except egg noodles. 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occassionally. 4. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. 5. Serve roast over noodles. |
