A tasty meal well worth coming home to.... Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs pork |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch pepper |
2 cups ketchup |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut pork shoulder crosswise in 1/4 inch slices. 2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. 3. Mix. 4. Cover. 5. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours. |
