I got this great recipe from a friend. The roast will just fall apart when done. You could also use this recipe with pork or chicken Ingredients:
1 pot roast |
1 (18 ounce) bottle kraft original barbecue sauce |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 -2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
hamburger bun |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. 2. Time will vary depending on how large your roast is. 3. When finished, use fork to pull apart and shred. 4. Serve on hamburger buns. |
