Great for sandwiches or over mashed potatoes Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chuck roast |
1/2 cup water |
1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce (your choice) |
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 small onion, chopped |
salt and pepper (desired amount) |
Directions:
1. Place roast in crock pot. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. 3. Cover roast with sauce mixture. 4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 5. Chop meat and stir. |
