I have not yet tried this recipe, but there is only one word to describe it...EASY. Ingredients:
1 lb dried black beans (or turtle beans) |
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (your favorite kind) |
Directions:
1. Rinse black beans, removing any stones or foreign objects. 2. Cover with water, soak all night. 3. Drain beans and place in crock pot with salsa. 4. Add enough water to just cover beans. 5. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. |
