Ingredients:
1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup artichoke heart, drained and chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the slow-cooker and mix thouroughly.
2. Cover; cook on high about 1 hour.
