1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup artichoke heart, drained and chopped |
1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to the slow-cooker and mix thouroughly. 2. Cover; cook on high about 1 hour. |
