EASIEST way to make a tasty breakfast or snack. Our 1 year old LOVES it. We also top it with a crumble crust for a delicious pie-in-a-minute . Ingredients:
4 large apples |
1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Peel, core and cut apples into quarters. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until apples are soft. Mash with a potato masher and enjoy! |
