This is adapted from an Amish recipe for a 6 layer dinner. Ingredients:
2 cups hamburger (uncooked) |
2 cups sliced raw potatoes |
2 cups chopped celery |
1/2 cup diced onion |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup diced green pepper |
2 cups canned tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in slow-cooker in order listed. 2. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. |
