that papaer thin filled nut bread
Ingredients:
2 1/4 ounces yeast
1 cup water, . luke warm
6 tablespoons shortening
8 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 lb walnuts
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
12 eggs
Directions:
1. dissolve yeast 1 tablespoon sugar in water
2. scald milk.
3. add shortening.
4. add sugar
5. add salt.
6. set aside to cool to lukewarm
7. add 2 cups sifted flour
8. to batter
9. add yeast and beaten eggs
10. add remaining flour
11. knead to make soft dough
12. knead
13. let rise until double
14. 3 hours
15. divide dough unto 4 bals
16. roll paper thin
17. spread with walnut mixture
18. roll like jelly roll place in greased pan
19. let rise
20. bake 350 for 45 minutes

22. grind nuts add sugar melted butter and enough eggs to make spreading consistancy 12 to 18 eggs is what recipe says i just didnt want to give some one heart failure when they saw that lol.
