You should like this if you like eating raw cabbage. Ingredients:
2 small plain cabbage (white) |
1 tsp chopped parsley |
1 cup chopped shallots/spring onions |
1 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup white wine vinegar |
salt to taste |
freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Remove all outside loose and bad leaves. Cut cabbage into quarters and remove stalks. 2. Shred or slice cabbage finely and place in a large bowl. Add shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Toss well with clean hands and transfer to a bowl. 3. Make this salad one or two hours prior to serving so cabbage can marinade. |
