Light, and crispy - fantabulously delish! Ingredients:
2 cups cake flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 egg yolks |
3 egg whites |
1 3/4 cups evaporated milk |
1/2 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Combine and sift, cake flour, baking powder, and salt. 2. To the mixture add 3 egg yolks, evaporated milk, and oil. 3. Beat stiff the egg whites, and fold in to mixture. 4. Bake hot on waffle iron. |
