Crispy Turkey Cheesewiches |

A quick lunch or main dish sandwich, all that's need is a soup or salad. Ingredients:
8 slices roasted turkey, thin sliced |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon parsley or 1 tablespoon chives, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 teaspoon sage leaf |
8 slices bread |
4 slices american cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise and parsley (or Chives). 2. Cream together butter and sage. 3. Spread bread slices with mayonnaise mixture. 4. Top 4 slices of the bread with turkey and cheese. 5. Cover with remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down. 6. Using 1 tablespoon per sandwich, spread each side with butter-sage mixture. 7. Brown slowly on each side in a skittle or griddle until crisp and cheese melts. 8. To serve: cut into halves. |
