tofu Ingredients:
100 g tofu, cut into cubes |
10 g whole weat flour |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
1/4 tsp ground coriander |
1/4 tsp curry powder |
3/4 tsp olive oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Combine the flour with all the spices and toss in the cubed tofu. Make sure each chunk is well coated. Heat the oil and fry tofu chunks on each side for 3-5 mins in total. |
