Crispy Sweet Potato Fries (Weight Watchers)

A Yummy alternative to French fries.
Ingredients:
2 lbs large sweet potatoes, scrubbed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Half the potatoes, then cut into 1/2 inch wedges.
3. Toss with oil, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet.
5. Bake, turning once, until browned and crisp, about 35 minutes.
