Crispy Sweet Potato Casserole |

This is a phenomenal side dish for holiday parties. It is a family recipe. If you dont like mushy marshmallo sweet potatoes, try these and you will never go back to another recipe! Ingredients:
4 cups grated sweet potatoes |
1 cup white karo |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
3/4 cup butter (chopped) |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon allspice |
3 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Grate Sweet Potatoes in Food Processor. Mix all ingredients together, adding the eggs and butter last. Turn Mixture in Casserole dish. Bake about 1 hour and 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn Frequently while baking. Should be slightly brown and bubbling when done. 2. Enjoy! |
