You can use almost any fish you like with this quick and versatile recipe. Just adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the fillet. Ingredients:
4 (6 -8 ounce) sole fillets |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumb |
Directions:
1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased baking dish large enough to hold fish in one layer. 2. Combine the butter and next 4 ingredients. 3. Spread on fish, then top the the breadcrumbs. 4. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
