15 oz garbanzo beans |
1 t olive oil |
1/4 tsp salt |
2 tsp. ground cumin |
1 tsp. ground coriander |
1/2 tsp. chili powder |
1/2 tsp. sweet paprika |
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon |
1/4 tsp. ground allspice |
1/4 tsp. ground ginger |
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. drain/rinse beans 2. add all dry ingredients together 3. toss and bake 350 for 45 min ( or until toasty) |
