This is a really good recipe as a side dish to complement any dinner. Ingredients:
3 cups white rice |
1 (15 ounce) can peas |
2 (7 ounce) cans mushrooms |
1 cup french-fried onions |
2 tablespoons spices (garlic & herb, mrs. dash) |
Directions:
1. Cook 3 cups of Instant Rice in a microwave safe bowl for approximately 5 minutes, or until boiling. 2. Empty one can of peas into cooking pot and warm on the stove top. 3. Empty the rice into a large bowl and empty the peas over top of the rice. 4. Add 2 cans of mushrooms to the bowl containing the rice and peas. 5. Then Add 2 tablespoons of Mrs. Dash garlic and herb flavor. 6. After that add 1 cup of french fried onions. 7. Mix well so that every thing is all around the pot and serve. |
