A unique way to use those potato chips! I am not sure where it originated. Ingredients:
2 cups ranch potato chips, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
6 chicken breast halves |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine potato chips and pepper. 2. Brush chicken breasts evenly with mayonnaise;coat with chips. 3. Arrange chicken on lightly greased rack of broiler pan. 4. Place in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. |
