2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
6 medium potato potatoes, cut into wedges |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine oil and seasonings. Add potato wedges and stir to coat. 2. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. 3. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until crisp-tender. |
