Tastes and smells great. Ingredients:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 bay leaf |
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, thyme, marjoram and pepper. 2. Add potatoes; seal bag and shake to coat. 3. Pour butter into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish; stir in the garlic. 4. Add potatoes and bay leaf. 5. Cover and bake at 450* for 20 minutes. 6. Uncover and stir; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender. 7. Discard bay leaf. |
