Crispy Onion Dijon Chicken |

Not boring chicken again :) This is zesty and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The french fried onions really make a wonderful coating. Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast |
1/2 cup butter |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard or 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard |
1 (8 ounce) can french-fried onions, crushed (durkee) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Just melt, don't cook, butter in small saucepan or microwave. 3. Add worcestershire sauce and mustard. 4. Dip chicken in butter mixture and coat well with crushed onions. 5. Place in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. |
