Diabetic Exchanges: 4 very lean meat, 2 fat, 1 starch.  I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5oz each)  |  
                                                2 tablespoons honey mustard  |  
                                                1/2 cup crushed french-fried onions  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions:
