Ingredients:
4 cup(s) kale, chopped |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 or 375. Toss kale with olive oil (and vinegar, if using). 2. Spread kale in one layer on baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Kale should be crispy, but not overcooked. 3. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot or room temp. |
