A nice variety to pita bread from Delicious Living. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
3 (6 -8 inch) whole wheat pita bread |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high. 2. In a small bowl, combine oil, basil, and cheese; mix well. 3. Brush both sides of pita breads with oil mixture and place on grill. 4. Grill 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden. 5. Serve whole, or cut into wedges. |
