Crispy Garlicky Rib Appetizers |

Great appetizer for the upcoming football games!! Ribs are always good, anyway you cook 'em! Recipe from Kikkoman's. Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless pork ribs, (or pork loin back ribs, sawed across bones) |
1/2 cup kikkoman teriyaki sauce or kikkoman stir fry sauce |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
2 cloves garlic, pressed |
Directions:
1. Cut ribs into 1-rib pieces. 2. Place in single layer in 9x13-inch microwave-safe baking dish; cover. 3. Microwave on High 10 minutes; turn ribs over and rotate dish 1/2 turn. 4. Microwave on High 5 minutes longer. 5. Let stand 5 minutes. 6. Remove ribs from baking dish and place in large bowl. 7. Combine sauce, sherry and garlic. 8. Pour over ribs; toss to coat all pieces. 9. Marinate 1 hour, turning ribs over frequently. 10. Place ribs, meaty side up, on rack of broiler pan. 11. Bake in 425°F. oven 15 minutes, or until brown and crispy. |
