The Cornstarch gives the chicken a nice crunch. Ingredients:
3 chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the dry ingredient in a bowl. 2. Coat the chicken in the egg and shake off any excess egg. 3. Transfer the chicken into the dry inredient bowl and coat evenly. 4. Put chicken in oil and fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. |
