Simple one from a McCormick's recipe card. Just mix some spices in plain bread crumbs and panfry. Ingredients:
1 lb fish fillet |
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
3/4 teaspoon season salt |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Mix the bread crumbs and spices together. 2. Coat the fish in the crumb mixture. 3. Panfry the fish in the butter/oil blend unil well browned. |
