Ingredients:
1 can whole corn |
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoon vanilla custard powder |
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce |
2 teaspoons sugar (or more) |
salt |
to taste bread, sliced, crisp, toasted |
Directions:
1. Bring the milk to boil. 2. Mix some cold milk with the custard powder and add to the boiling milk, stirring constantly. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 5 mins over a slow flame. Serve hot or chilled over crisp toasted bread slices. |
